Article 1: Organizing companies

SYMMETRIC (hereinafter "the Organizing Company 1"), a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 1,338.90 euros, whose registered office is located at 111, avenue Achille Perreti, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258. 

The company WISH (hereinafter, "the Organizing Company 2") SAS registered under SIREN 817640048, having its registered office at 2 rue de la lune 75002 Paris.

The companies are jointly organizing a free, no-obligation game entitled "The Bradery x Le Filtre" (hereinafter, the "Game") from 14/02/2023 at 09:00 to 20/02/2023 at 12:00 (hereinafter, the "Game Period"), and accessible at the following URLadresse :

Article 2: Consultation of the game rules

The complete rules of the Game (hereinafter, the "Rules") can be consulted free of charge on the Site throughout the Game Period.

It is also available free of charge to anyone who requests it from the Organizing Companies at the following addresses: hello@thebradery.com and hello@le-filtre.fr

Article 3: Participation

Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of the Rules.

The Game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is provided and used solely by the Organizing Body, and not by Facebook.

The Game is not managed or sponsored by Apple. The information you provide is supplied and used solely by the Organizing Company, and not by Apple. No Apple products are offered as part of the competition.

By participating in the game, you accept the data protection regulations and agree to receive newsletters from The Bradery and Le Filtre. 

3.1 Terms and conditions of participation

Only natural persons residing in metropolitan France may take part in the Game, with the exception of employees of the Organizing Body and of companies involved in preparing the Game, and members of their immediate families (parents, brothers and sisters, or any other person residing in the same household). 

Any participant under the age of 18 and/or without legal capacity must obtain prior authorization from a parent or guardian to participate in the Game and accept the Rules. 

The Organizing Body may at any time ask any minor or assisted participant to provide proof of such authorization and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot provide proof of such authorization. Participation in the Game is limited to a single person per entry (same surname, same first name, same adresse e-mail address and Facebook handle), unless the Game is shared as indicated in clause 4.2. Any additional participation will be considered null and void.

To participate, you must use a valid personal e-mail address: adresse .

3.2 Validity of participation

The Organizing Body reserves the right to verify that participants have taken part in the Game in accordance with the Rules. Non-compliant entries will result in disqualification and loss of points. 

These situations will result in immediate disqualification of the participants: 

  • Multiple entries using non-existent e-mail addresses. 

The Organizing Body may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has been committed in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer, in connection with participation in the Game. In such a case, the Organizing Body reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to take legal action against the perpetrators of such fraud.

It is expressly agreed that the Organizing Body may take advantage of programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements in computer or electronic format or medium, in particular for the purpose of proving any breach by participants of the provisions of the Rules.

 

Article 4: Game progress

4.1. In order to validate their participation, participants must enter their email address, accept the conditions of participation and validate their entry.

4.2. In order to participate in the Game, participants must, during the Game Period, proceed as follows:

- Go to the Site and access the Game page

- Fill in their adresse email

- Click on "I PARTICIPATE

- Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Game Period, on 20/02/2023. 

A winner for the lottery will be drawn on Monday 20/02/2023 and contacted by email. If there is no response by February 22, 2022, another person will be drawn. 

- Any inaccurate or incomplete entry will not be taken into account and may result in the entry being declared null and void. In particular, entries with inaccurate, fanciful or incomplete contact details or those that do not comply with the provisions of the Rules, or those sent after the end of the Contest Period, will not be taken into consideration.

It is totally forbidden for a participant to take part in the Game from another person'sadresse email address.

 

Article 5: Prizes

5.1. List of prizes at stake at the end of the Contest Period

The Bradery x Le Filtre: 2 VIP tickets for the Céline Dion concert on 09/09/23 at €690 excl. tax/person for one winner.

5.2. The prizes may not be exchanged or their value paid in cash and may not be awarded in any form other than that provided for in the Regulations.

 

Article 6: Award of prizes

Any prize that cannot be awarded as a result of an error or omission in participants' contact details, a change in their contact details or unsubscription from the The Bradery newsletter, failure to claim the prize within the allotted time or for any other reason attributable to the winners, and any prize not claimed by the winners within the allotted time will be considered lost and will not be put back into play. Under no circumstances may the original winner claim the prize at a later date.

 

Article 7: Information technology and civil liberties

7.1. Nominative information concerning participants in the Contest is intended for use by the Organizing Body for the purposes of the Contest, in particular its organization, the preparation of participation statistics, the acknowledgement of the participant's participation and the dispatch of prizes.

The personal information that must be provided for the purposes of the Game is identified by an asterisk on the Game collection form. Failure to provide this mandatory information will result in the participant's entry being disqualified.

7.2. Under no circumstances will this information be kept after the end of the Game unless the participant consents to receive commercial offers on the Organizing Body's products and services.

In accordance with French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, participants and their legal representatives have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them, as well as the right to object on legitimate grounds and to object to canvassing, particularly commercial canvassing.

7.3. Through this game, each participant who has clicked on "I PARTICIPATE" on the registration form will receive emails from the Organizing Company 1 and 2 about new products, offers and brand news. Article 8: Liability

8.1. Participation in the Game via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. The lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network may not under any circumstances incur the liability of the Organizing Body.

In this respect, the Organizing Body may not be held liable in the event of interruption of Internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption) and, more generally, for any malfunction of the Internet network, of all or part of the Site or of any other technical connection, over which the Organizing Body has no control. In particular, the Organizing Body or its service providers disclaim all liability in the event that the Site is unavailable during the duration of the Game, for any reason beyond their control.

Likewise, the Organizing Body may not be held liable for delays or errors in e-mail transmission beyond its control, and declines all responsibility in the event of misuse of the device used to access the Game or any incident related to the use of this device (more specifically, the Organizing Body may not be held liable for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, and the consequences that may arise from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity).

8.2. The Organizing Body may not be held liable in the event of an error in the delivery of the prize due to erroneous information provided by the winner.

8.3. The Organizing Body shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure, it is obliged to cancel the present Contest, to listen to it, to extend it, to postpone it or to modify its conditions, and it shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever in such a case.

 

Article 9: Reimbursement of Internet connection costs

No financial compensation or expenses in any form whatsoever will be granted to participants as a result of their participation.

Article 10: Intellectual property / Image rights

The images used on the Site, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases making up the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, represented or exploited without their written authorization, under penalty of civil and/or criminal prosecution.

All brands or product names mentioned are registered trademarks or product names of their respective owners.

Article 11: Disputes - Applicable law

The Game and the Rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to the provisions of public policy applicable in the participant's country of domicile.

Any dispute arising in connection with this Game shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the public policy provisions applicable in the participant's country of domicile.
