Manucurist x The Bradery

 

Article 1 - Definition and conditions of the competition

SYMMETRICS, a simplified joint stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) with registered office at 25 rue du Mail 75002 PARIS, registered under number 83944225800027 (hereinafter "the Organizer, the Organizing Company, the Organizers, the Professional") is organizing a competition as part of a marketing operation.

MANUCURIST (hereinafter "the Organizing Company"), a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), registered under the SIREN number 813646429 and located in PARIS (75010) is organizing a contest from 05/04/2023 to 12/04/2023 inclusive, including 1 purchase voucher worth 200€ to be spent on the www.thebradery.com website and mobile application and 1 purchase voucher worth 200€ to be spent on munucurist.fr.

Participants" in the competition are also referred to hereinafter as "Participants, Users, Contributors, Players". The "Winners" of the prize draw are hereinafter also referred to as the "Winners".

Article 2 - Participation conditions

This game is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in mainland France, after acceptance of the conditions of participation in accordance with the French Data Protection Act. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the duration of the competition. Persons working for SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST and members of their families are excluded from participation in the competition. 

Anyone who has already subscribed to the Manucurist newsletter before the start of the competition is also excluded.

 

Article 3 - Contest dates February 5 to 12, 2023 inclusive

Contest start date: April 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Closing date: April 12, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.

Draw date: April 12, 2023

Winner selection date: April 12, 2023

 

Article 4 - Terms of participation

4.1) Conditions for application

To be entered in the draw and have a chance of winning the prize described in article 5, all participants must have carried out the actions listed below:

• Subscribe to the www.thebradery.com newsletter and tick the box authorizing you to receive offers from partners.

OR

• Subscribe to the manucurist.fr newsletter and tick the box authorizing you to receive offers from partners.

Registration for the draw is only effective once these steps have been completed.

Participation in the competition will be valid only if the information required by SYMMETRICS & MANUCURIST is complete and correct. Any entries made using incorrect or falsified information or via counterfeit or falsified forms will automatically forfeit any right to obtain any winning prize.

Each participant therefore undertakes to reveal correct information about him or herself. SYMMETRICS & MANUCURIST shall not be held liable in the event that a participant uses false first and/or last names associated with a valid adresse e-mail or a false adresse e-mail.

 4.2) Guarantees and responsibility for the validity of applications

SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if it is not carried out as agreed: any virus, bug, violation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of a competitor, technical problem or other cause beyond the control of SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST altering and affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or conduct.

In general, the Participants guarantee the Organizers of the present contest against any recourse, action or claim that any third party may make, for any reason whatsoever, in respect of all guarantees and commitments made.

Any incomplete or erroneous entries will be rejected, without the Organizers being held liable.

All participants agree to abide by the rules. Any failure by the Participant to comply with the rules and any fraud, abuse, cheating or misrepresentation will result in exclusion from the competition, without the Organizers being held liable.

Thus, the Organizing Companies reserve the unreserved right to moderate a posteriori and not to validate, even to exclude, to remove from the contest, any participant who does not respect one of the conditions of the present rules.

Furthermore, in the event of abuse or cheating by one or more participants, SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition without notice, in particular if the integrity of the competition is called into question.

4.3) Drawing procedures

The winner will be determined by a draw to be made, on the above-mentioned date, from the database of persons registered in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions. 

1 (one) participant will be drawn at random by SYMMETRICS.

 

Article 5 - Prizes/batches

5.1) Commercial value of the prizes

Lot 1 is offered by SYMMETRICS and therefore constitutes a "prize". 

The designated prize is as follows: 1 €200 voucher valid on the www.thebradery.com website and mobile application until 30/07/2023.

- Promotional codes cannot be combined 

Lot 2 is offered by MANUCURIST and is therefore a "prize". 

The designated prize is: 1 €200 voucher to be used on manucurist.fr. Vouchers cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or with loyalty program vouchers.

 5.2) Recovery, use and renewal conditions

As stipulated in Article 6, the winner must contact SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST directly and comply with the defined terms of use.

The prizes offered may not give rise to any dispute as to their nature or to the provision of a consideration of any kind whatsoever.

 

Article 6 - Allocation of prizes

SYMMETRICS will deliver one (1) prize to one (1) Winner and MANUCURIST will deliver one (1) prize to one (1) Winner. There will therefore be one (1) SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST prize for one (1) physical person.

Once the Winner has been designated by SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST, they will be contacted via theadresse e-mail address they used to enter the competition.

All e-mail exchanges between the Organizer and the Winners will be stored in the Professional's e-mail box.

The Winners will be invited by return e-mail to provide their precise contact details (surname, first name, adresse e-mail) in order to benefit from the prize won. 

If the information communicated by the Participant is incomplete and/or does not allow him/her to be informed of his/her win, he/she will lose the status of Winner and will not be able to make any claim.

The Organizer may not be held liable in the event of technical malfunctions relating to this electronic notification of winnings. If Winners fail to communicate this information within 10 days, they will lose their status as Winner.

If necessary, a second draw will take place.

 

Article 7 - Terms of use 

MANUCURIST: *Vouchers cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or with loyalty program vouchers. Voucher valid until 30/07/2023 inclusive.

THE BRADERY Vouchers cannot be combined. Voucher valid until 30/07/2023 inclusive.

 

Article 8 - Personal data

By participating, Players authorize the Organizers to freely use, for advertising or promotional purposes in any medium whatsoever, all nominative information communicated on behalf of the Organizers.

The personal data collected about you is compulsory and necessary to process your participation in the game. It is intended for use by the Organizers, or by subcontractors and/or service providers for management purposes.

In accordance with current regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organizers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever.

The information communicated by the Participant is intended for the use of SYMMETRICS and MANUCURIST as part of access to its service in accordance with the general conditions of sale and as part of the management of this game.

All persons are deemed to have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the rules in their entirety, and in particular the article relating to personal data, as soon as they access and register for the competition.

 

Article 9 - Responsibilities and rights

The Organizers:

• reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit prizes or cancel this game in the event of force majeure as defined by case law. Consequently, they shall not be held liable in this respect.
• shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of a Participant's connection rights or attribution of a prize.
• shall not be held liable for any malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or reception equipment that may prevent the game from running smoothly. In addition, they cannot be held responsible for problems with the delivery or loss of electronic or postal mail.
• Disclaim all liability in the event of technical failure, anomaly, hardware or software of any kind (virus, bug, etc.) caused on the Participant's system, their computer equipment and the data stored on it, and the consequences this may have on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

The Participants :

Article 10 - Exclusion conditions

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules, without any reservations or prior conditions on the part of the Participant. Failure to comply with these rules will result in exclusion from the competition and the pure and simple invalidity of the Participant's participation and the awarding of prizes.

 

Article 11 - Submission of regulations

All documents are made available and accessible in French to all users and Participants for the duration of the game. They are asked to make a backup copy and/or print out all the texts so that they can refer to them if necessary.

 

Article 12 - Participation fees

The game is free and no purchase is necessary.

 

Article 13 - Jurisdiction

These rules are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute or claim concerning the competition for any reason whatsoever, requests must be sent in writing to the attention of SYMMETRICS or MANUCURIST by post toadresse mentioned in the preamble, during the competition and no later than sixty (60) days after the Winner is named.

In the event of a dispute or claim concerning the prize awarded, requests should be addressed to : 

• For the attention of Customer Service by e-mail toadresse hello@thebradery.com. within seven (7) days of receiving confirmation of the price;

 OR 

• To the attention of MANUCURIST by email toadresse hello@manucurist.com within seven (7) days of receipt of the prize confirmation. 

The parties shall endeavor to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules. If the disagreement persists, it will be submitted to the competent courts.

The Participant acknowledges that he/she has read these rules, accepts them unreservedly and agrees to abide by them.
