If we send packages from our warehouses, we offer the possibility of home delivery. home via Colissimo, but also to point relais with Mondial Relay. Delivery outside Europe is via DHL.
If the partner brand sends your order directly, it is free to use the carrier of its choice. carrier of their choice.

A more responsible delivery method with Colissimo

L'optimizing delivery routes and rounds Once the parcels have been optimized in the trailers, it's time to take the most efficient route.
For example: on a route from Marseille to Paris. Colissimo first stops in Lyon with parcels from Marseille, then picks up those from Lyon for Paris. This reduces the number of kilometers traveled, while speeding up the arrival of your order. - Visit use of low-carbon energies such as biogas, biofuels or electricity, or even active mobility for the last km. Long-distance transport is gradually being converted to low-carbon (by the end of 2023, almost 5.3 million km had been covered by low-carbon HGVs, and more than 25% of parcels delivered in low-carbon mode: electric delivery vehicles or cargo bikes).
Results: 100% of parcels delivered in Paris intra Muros were delivered in low-carbon mode, and more than 1 in 2 parcels in the 22 French metropolises too!
And did you know? Withdrawal point delivery is a virtuous circle, as it allows several deliveries to be grouped together at the same point. On condition, of course, that you don't use your internal combustion engine to collect your order! If you prefer, you can have your parcel delivered to your home or workplace using an electric vehicle. Colissimo has one of the largest fleets of electric vehicles in Europe.
